Job Summary:
We’re looking for Remote Live Chat Support Agents to join our European iGaming team, delivering high-quality, English-first support via AI-enhanced translation tools. In this role you’ll guide customers through account setup, crypto and fiat deposits/withdrawals, KYC/AML compliance, promotions and technical inquiries, using our proprietary “WorkHub” CRM to access all operational systems, drive first-contact resolution and consistently exceed performance metrics.
You’ll begin as a freelance agent, choosing your own hours to staff our 24/7 live chat. After a paid one-week training and roughly one month in the freelance role, you can opt into a full-time position with fixed shifts, higher hourly pay and severance benefits. All compensation is paid in cryptocurrency with a guaranteed fiat equivalent, letting you work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
Requirements:
* Entry-level English or fluency in one of the following: Spanish, Turkish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Romanian, Czech, Bosnian, Hindi or etc. (Entry-level English or any of these qualifies. AI translation tools and our live-chat software handle on-the-fly translation.)
* Able to leverage AI translation tools and our live-chat software for instant translation
* Basic understanding of cryptocurrency transactions (wallet use, check transactions)
* Strong problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work both independently and in a team
* Flexible for future rotating shifts (evenings, nights, weekends)
Onboarding:
* Paid one-week training on “WorkHub” CRM, workflows and compliance standards delivered by an experienced trainer
* You will shadow experienced agents and practice real-life chat scenarios so you’re fully prepared for live support
Details:
* Freelance start € 20 per hour, fully remote. Choose your own hours within our 24/7 support framework in Work Schedule app.
* After one month optional transition to full-time at € 25 per hour
* After roughly one month, you may opt into a full-time contract with fixed shifts, higher hourly pay and severance benefits
* Compensation is 100 % in cryptocurrency (BNB, USDT, etc.) with guaranteed fiat equivalent for compliance
